These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Athenaeum Education Academy. The Terms govern your use of the Academy Services made available to you on or through the Platform.
By registering for a Partnership Account, accessing the Platform and/or using the Academy Scholarship Services, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with any additional documents or terms referred to in these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by and will comply with these Terms, as updated and amended from time to time.
If you do not understand and accept these Terms in their entirety, you should not register for a Partnership Account
or access or use the
Platform or any Academy Service.
By registering to a Partnership Program you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us (Athenaeum Education Academy) . These Terms will govern your use of the Academy Services and tell you who we are, how we will provide the Academy Services( Scholarship to your institution ) to you, how these Terms may be changed or terminated, what to do if there is a problem, along with other important information.
You must read these Terms, together with the documents referenced in the Terms, carefully and let us know if you do not understand anything.
Where any Local Terms apply to your use of the Academy Services, such Local Terms shall govern your use of the Academy Services.
Amending our eligibility criteria. We may amend our eligibility criteria at any time in our sole discretion. Where possible, we will give you notice in advance of the change. However, we may occasionally need to make changes without telling you in advance. This may include where:
a. we are making the change as a result of legal and/or regulatory changes;
b. the changes being made are in your interest; and/or
c. there is any other valid reason which means there is no time to give you notice.
How we will contact you. We will contact you using the details you provide to us. This may include contacting you by email, SMS or telephone. It is important that you ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date. If your contact details change, you must let us know immediately. If you do not, we will not be responsible if you do not receive information, notices or other important information from us.
All Partnership Program are provided at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any application for a Partnership Program without reason or to limit the number of Partnership Program may depends on come first.
How and when we can make changes. We can make changes to these Terms and any terms and conditions incorporated by reference (including any Service Terms) at any time and your continued use of the partnership.
Services constitutes your consent to such changes. Changes to these Terms will be published on our website and may also be notified to users separately by email.
Eligible applicants gets a Scholarship (who clear the scholarship test). Academic Scholarship Test fee is two thousand rupees and three thousand rupees for all other Scholarship Test which is not refundable.
Under Academic Scholarship Program , Students who are studying in Class 5th to class 11th can Apply for Two Academic Year
Scholarship .
If a student apply for Class 11th they get Scholarship for One or Two Academic Year (Class 11th and 12th).
Student can take admission by their interest in any school of India (from provided list of schools) ,or in Our Partners with Top School, or who is already studying in any School they can continue with it.)
The scholarship is valid for one or two years of study (Two year with a maximum funding period of 18 months) , depending on the School Fee ( maximum funding Amount 120000 ).An extension is not possible.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be issued for registration fees paid towards the Scholarship Test .
In the event that the Scholarship Test is not conducted by the institution due to any reason (administrative, technical, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure), the following refund policy shall apply:If the scholarship test is not conducted by the institution for any reason, the full registration fee shall be refunded to the student’s account after deducting minimal payment gateway and service charges.
Prohibited actions. You must not use the Chat Service or any User Chat to send any abusive, defamatory, dishonest, or obscene message or any messages intended to manipulate a market or to spread false or misleading information or messages that are otherwise in contravention of Applicable Laws, and doing so may result in termination of the Chat Service session and may lead to restrictions on the availability of Scholarship Services to you.
partnership School/Institution shall manage Scholarship test (In their School/Institution) organize by Academy Scholarship Program.
scholarship depend on your provided information about your student and the number of student selected.
By registering partnership program get an additional fund for their organization. Organization shall have to motivate all student to participate in scholarship Test.
partners School/Institution is applicable to get new admission of selected student from your state, district or near by your organization.
students get two academic year scholarship in the name of your School/institution.
Scholarship amount will be transfer in your School/institution account as a tuition fee .
Partners get an additional funds to maintain their institution all the funds depends on the number of participants students participated in Academic Scholarship or Environmental Scholarship from your School/Institutions.
Duration of the funding
The scholarship is valid for one or two years of study (Two year with a maximum funding period of 18 months) , depending on the length of the study program .An extension is not possible.
