These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Athenaeum Education Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of the Academy’s services provided through our platform.
By registering for a Partnership Account, accessing the platform, or using the Academy’s Scholarship Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional documents or terms referenced herein. You also agree to comply with any future updates or amendments to these Terms.
If you do not fully understand or accept these Terms, you should refrain from registering for a Partnership Account or using the platform or any Academy services.
By registering for a Partnership Program, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Athenaeum Education Academy. These Terms govern your use of Academy Services, including the provision of scholarship services to your institution, as well as the modification or termination of these Terms and other important details.

If specific Local Terms apply to your use of Academy Services, those Local Terms will govern your use of the services in addition to these general Terms.
We reserve the right to amend the eligibility criteria for our programs at our sole discretion. While we will attempt to notify you in advance of any changes, we may implement modifications without prior notice in certain situations (e.g., legal or regulatory changes, or other valid reasons requiring immediate action).
We will communicate with you using the contact details you provide, which may include email, SMS, or phone. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If your contact information changes, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any failure to receive communications due to outdated or incorrect contact details.
Participation in all Partnership Programs is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any Partnership Program application or limit the number of available partnerships based on demand.
We may update these Terms or any other applicable terms (including Service Terms) at any time. Your continued use of the Partnership Services constitutes acceptance of these changes. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and may be communicated to you via email.
Students securing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to 10th positions in the semester and annual exams will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 3,000, Rs. 2,000, Rs. 1,000, and Rs. 500 per month, respectively, for six months.
Students securing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to 10th positions in the semester and annual exams of Classes XI and XII will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 3,000, Rs. 2,000, Rs. 1,000, and Rs. 500 per month, respectively, for six months.
Cash prizes will be awarded to students who achieve the highest marks in Class X and Class XII Board examinations across all streams (Arts, Science, and Commerce).
Merit-based scholarships are awarded to students in Classes V to XII based on their academic performance in semester and annual exams under the EFS program. For students in Classes V to X, those securing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to 10th positions will receive Rs. 3,000, Rs. 2,000, Rs. 1,000, and Rs. 500 per month for a period of six months. For Class XI and XII students (Science, Commerce, and Arts), the same scholarship amounts apply for the top positions, also awarded for six months.
All scholarships awarded under the Environmental Foundation Scholarship (EFS) program will be provided in the form of fully-funded or free classes, mentorship, and academic support. The EFS program does not offer direct financial support to students. Instead, it covers the costs associated with tutoring, academic resources, and preparation for national-level competitive exams.
The EFS (K–12 Academic Support) program is available to all students from Classes V to XII who are pursuing the relevant competitive exams.
There is no examination or test required for eligibility in the Environmental Foundation Scholarship (EFS) program. The scholarship is based on the applicant’s potential, passion, and academic commitment, rather than test performance.
Under the Academic Scholarship Program, students from Classes V to XI are eligible to apply for scholarships valid for up to two academic years. A student applying for Class XI will receive a scholarship for either one or two years, covering both Class XI and XII. T&C apply.
If the EFS Scholarship program is not conducted due to administrative, technical, or unforeseen circumstances, the full registration fee will be refunded to the student’s account, less minimal payment gateway and service charges.
You must not use the Academy’s platform or services to send abusive, defamatory, dishonest, obscene, or misleading messages, or engage in actions that violate applicable laws or manipulate markets. Such actions may result in termination of your session and restrictions on your access to Scholarship Services.
Partnership Schools/Institutions are responsible for managing and organizing the Scholarship Test on behalf of the Academy. Scholarships are awarded based on the information provided about the students and the number of selected students. By joining the Partnership Program, schools/institutions receive additional funding. Schools/institutions must encourage students to participate in the scholarship tests.
Partner institutions are eligible to admit students who qualify for the scholarship from their state, district, or nearby areas. The scholarship is valid for two academic years in the name of the institution, and the scholarship amount will be transferred to the institution’s account as tuition fees.
Students are required to pay a non-refundable application fee at the time of submitting their application. If a program is canceled by the organizers, students will be eligible for a refund of 95% of the program fee, which will be processed within three months from the date of cancellation.
